The Ecommerce After Sales will be part of the Direct-to-Consumer team and will be providing excellent customer service to our clients for various brands of our Group across all European markets, Rossignol, Dynastar, Look, Lange. The intern will have the chance to work closely with CS and After Sales team and be trained on tools and best practices for customer management.
You will be the interface between our external Customer service and our Aftersales department to ensure a timely resolution of quality claims and clients After Sales enquiries.
You will support and execute tasks and projects for clients’ overall experience improvement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Reply to clients’ After Sale claims and quality enquiries and give fast resolution to each request.
- Support CS Representative in daily tasks for DTC and Ecommerce.
- Completes reports and analyses to improve CS/Aftersales procedures.
- Monitors online brand reputation and investigates negative product reviews.
- Learn how to use ERP, ECOM platforms, and Customer management tools (ie: Airtable, M3, Salesforce Service Cloud).
- Monitor our live chat quality and the community.
- Knowledge of products skis, ski boots, spare parts and apparel is a plus

Profile :
- Educational path including customer relationship management preferred.
- Fluent in French and English; Italian/German preferred.
- Outspoken interest for customer satisfaction
- Strong passion and understanding of product offer and skis/snowboards industry
- Client-centric mindset with a passion for sport.
- Fast learner, ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail and precision are a must.
