Within a dynamic team your main mission will be to provide customers with the best quality of service and sales by collecting and satisfying their needs and wishes, thus allowing them to appreciate the full potential of the Brand, and to increase their loyalty through appropriate communication and in accordance with the values and culture of the Rossignol Group.
In this capacity, you will be in charge of :
Sales:
- Serving the customer in accordance with the Group's sales processes ;
- Provide an excellent customer service by welcoming, listening and accompanying the customer beyond his needs, while demonstrating a strong knowledge of ski and boot products, as well as the history of the Group and its heritage ;
- Ensure cross-selling and up-selling for all product categories ;
- Discuss and advise the customer on general trends and developments in the sportswear market, while demonstrating passion for skis and boots ;
- Discuss and advise the customer on general trends and developments in the outdoor market, while demonstrating strong knowledge for trail running and bikes ;
- Establish and strengthen relationships with the customer, according to the different nationalities and personalities, and put the customer at ease ;
- Participate in the visual presentation of ski and boot products in accordance with the Group's visual standards ;
- Foster open and constructive communication with team members, collaborate and propose efficient solutions ;
- Ensure the achievement of individual and collective objectives, improve and develop the business ;
- Maintain and set up the store and the laboratory in accordance with corporate policy and procedures ;
Workshops :
- General knowledge of skis and boots workshop ;
- Supervision of bike workshop and pursuit of excellence in all shop services.
Connections and Tests organization :
- Cooperating with marketing and area manager to develop a new network for the shop, new list of tests/demos in the area, strong community around the shop ;
Qualifications :
- 10+ years experience in Sport shops, ideally mountain shops.
- You are full of energy and you would like to start a new career in the ski world with Rossignol Group.
- You have a taste for challenge, you are driven by the desire to pursue and even exceed individual and collective objectives.
- Passionate about sportswear, outdoor and bikes you have a very deep passion in all mountain activities.
- You have an excellent commercial awareness and interest in customer behavior, and you know how to adapt to the cultural differences of customers.
- You have an excellent knowledge of the area of Verona, with capability to create connection and fasten up the business and relations in the city.
- You are a team player with good communication skills.
Part-time position (20 hours per week)
Entry level in English is mandatory, French appreciated

In questa veste, sarete responsabili di :
Vendite :
- Servire il cliente in conformità con i processi di vendita del Gruppo ;
- Fornire un servizio clienti eccellente accogliendo, ascoltando e accompagnando il cliente al di là delle sue esigenze, dimostrando una forte conoscenza dei prodotti tecnici invernali come sci e scarponi, nonché della storia del Gruppo e del suo patrimonio ;
- Assicurare il cross-selling e l'up-selling per tutte le categorie di prodotti ;
- Discutere e consigliare il cliente sulle tendenze generali e sugli sviluppi del mercato dell'abbigliamento sportivo, dimostrando passione per gli sci e gli scarponi ;
- Discutere e consigliare il cliente sulle tendenze generali e sugli sviluppi del mercato dell'outdoor, dimostrando una forte conoscenza del trail running e delle bici ;
- Stabilire e rafforzare le relazioni con il cliente, in base alle diverse nazionalità e personalità, e mettere il cliente a proprio agio ;
- Partecipare alla presentazione visiva dei prodotti di sci e scarponi in conformità con gli standard visivi del Gruppo ;
- Favorire una comunicazione aperta e costruttiva con i membri del team, collaborare e proporre soluzioni efficaci ;
- Assicurare il raggiungimento degli obiettivi individuali e collettivi, migliorare e sviluppare l'attività ;
- Mantenere e allestire il negozio e il laboratorio in conformità con le politiche e le procedure aziendali ;
Workshop:
- Conoscenza generale del laboratorio sci e scarponi;
- Supervisione dell'officina di biciclette e ricerca dell'eccellenza in tutti i servizi del negozio.
Organizzazione, raccolta novo network e organizzazione dei test:
- Collaborazione con il marketing e l'area manager per sviluppare una nuova rete di contatti per il negozio, una nuova lista di test/demo nella zona, una forte community intorno al negozio ;
Qualifiche :
- 10 + anni di esperienza in negozi sportivi, idealmente in negozi di montagna.
- Siete pieni di energia e desiderate iniziare una nuova carriera nel mondo dello sci con il Gruppo Rossignol.
- Hai il gusto della sfida, sei spinto dal desiderio di perseguire e superare gli obiettivi individuali e collettivi
- Appassionato di abbigliamento sportivo, outdoor e biciclette, hai una passione profonda per tutte le attività di montagna.
- Avete un'eccellente consapevolezza commerciale e interesse per il comportamento dei clienti, e sapete come adattarvi alle differenze culturali dei clienti. Hai un'ottima conoscenza della zona di Verona, con capacità di creare connessioni e accelerare gli affari e le relazioni nella città.
- Sei un giocatore di squadra con buone capacità di comunicazione.
