ROSSIGNOL Group is looking for an Ski and Boot Seller and Local Brand Ambassador for our new temporary shop in Franciacorta - November 2023 to March 2025. Franciacorta Village is not just an outlet, but much more : a 360° experience that captures all the senses, from sight to taste, a dynamic place, projected to excellence in which to value your business brand.
The missions you'll be carrying out :
1- Brand ambassador :
Development and management of a real mountain passionate community:
- Build a community of brand passionate;
- Organize events in store link to ski adventure and boots session;
- Organize events for ski passionate in close resorts;
- Organize technical sessions for ski passionate to link the brand and expand the community.
2- Technical Seller :
Sales
- Serving the customer in accordance with the Group's sales processes;
- Provide an impeccable customer service by welcoming, listening and accompanying the customer beyond his needs, while demonstrating an excellent knowledge of ski and boot products, as well as the history of the Group and its heritage;
- Ensure cross-selling and up-selling for all product categories;
- Discuss and advise the customer on general trends and developments in the sportswear market, while demonstrating passion for skis and boots;
- Establish and strengthen relationships with the customer, according to the different nationalities and personalities, and put the customer at ease;
- Participate in the visual presentation of ski and boot products in accordance with the Group's visual standards;
- Foster open and constructive communication with team members, collaborate and propose efficient solutions;
- Ensure the achievement of individual and collective objectives, improve and develop the business;
- Maintain and set up the store in accordance with corporate policy and procedures;
- Ensure product replenishment and physical inventory of goods;
Management of the cash register:
- Ensure customer information is updated and maintained in accordance with company tools (CRM) to retain the customer and identify potential new customers;
- Ensure product registration and collection.
Management of the ski/boots laboratory:
- 3 years or more of experience of managing skis and boots preparation
- Be able to mount bindings in all typology of skis
- Be an expert on all ski tuning characteristics
- Be an expert on boots first fitting and providing insoles
Profile :
You have experience in a similar position within a Retail Fashion or Sportswear company.
You have a taste for challenge, you are driven by the desire to pursue and even exceed individual and collective objectives.
Passionate about fashion and sportswear, you have a very good knowledge of fashion and sportswear products.
You have excellent commercial awareness and knowledge of customer behavior, and you know how to adapt to the cultural differences of customers.
You are a team player with strong communication skills.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
