ROSSIGNOL Group is looking for a Store Manager W/M for our rental and sales shop based in Castel Romano - Roma, Italy, on fixed-term contract from 01/09/2024 to 31/03/2025.

MAIN MISSIONS :
1. Reach the target & Sell with emotions
- Provide an Excellent customer service and make the customer feel amazing and unique
- Maximize sales by developing effective client database
- Confident in driving sales and meeting targets expectations
- Analyze key performance indicators and use them to increase your turnover
- Capable to prepare skis in machinery
2. Train and learn with Fun and enthusiasm - Lead by example
- Organize day to day training on technical sales skills
- Inspire and train your team about products, trends and challenge them to be our first Ambassadors.
- Work alongside and motivate your team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Endlessly develop your product knowledge
- Sharing your passions and knowledge for trends
3. Pay Attention to details
- Implement and uphold visual merchandising guidelines
- Provide ad-hoc assistance in deliveries, checking security tags, steaming etc.
- Implement, maintain and respect inventory processes
- Make sure to have a perfect schedule
- Respect all the HR processes

PROFILE :
You have a first successful experience of managing ideally in a ski and bike rental shop, experience in selling specific products for skis or coats would be a plus.
You are a leader, willing to inspire your team and colleagues. You have the ability to motivate people thanks to your dynamic work approach. You are business oriented and result driven.
You want to commit in a fast-growing company. You can show a high level of customer service and have a strong passion outdoor sports and for the world of clothing, footwear and technical snow equipment.
You are fluent in Italian and English, a third language would be appreciated.

3. Attenzione ai dettagli
Attuare e rispettare le linee guida del visual merchandising.
Fornire assistenza ad hoc per le consegne, il controllo dei cartellini di sicurezza, la vaporizzazione, ecc.
Implementare, mantenere e rispettare i processi di inventario.
Assicurarsi di avere un orario perfetto
Rispettare tutti i processi HR

PROFILO :
Hai una prima esperienza di successo nella gestione, idealmente in un negozio di noleggio sci e biciclette, l'esperienza nella vendita di prodotti specifici per sci o cappotti sarebbe un plus.
Sei un leader, disposto a ispirare il tuo team e i tuoi colleghi. Hai la capacità di motivare le persone grazie al tuo approccio dinamico al lavoro. Sei orientato al business e ai risultati.
Vuoi impegnarti in un'azienda in rapida crescita. Sei in grado di dimostrare un alto livello di servizio al cliente e hai una forte passione per gli sport all'aria aperta e per il mondo dell'abbigliamento, delle calzature e dell'attrezzatura tecnica da neve.
Parli correntemente l'italiano e l'inglese, una terza lingua sarebbe gradita.
