At our Office in Milan, within an international environment, we are looking for a Merchandising Intern (M/W) from September 2026 for 6 months!

Reporting to the Merchandising Managers, you will support the Merchandising Team in the management and optimization of seasonal product assortments, contributing to product planning, data analysis, and commercial launch preparation.


Your missions will include :

  • Assist in the analysis of forecasting, sell-in, and sell-through data to identify business trends, performance drivers, and market opportunities.
  • Support the maintenance, update, and accuracy of product information within the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.
  • Contribute to the preparation and execution of seasonal commercial launches, with a focus on the Spring/Summer collection.
  • Assist in the creation and management of merchandising workbooks, presentations, and product-related documentation.
  • Collaborate in the planning and coordination of product photoshoot sessions, ensuring timely preparation of materials and product samples.
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to the Merchandising Team across assortment planning and product management activities.

About you :

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic retail or fashion environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
