 Our ambition is to be the benchmark for mountain sports in both summer and winter.

ROSSIGNOL Group is looking for an Assistant Store Manager W/M for our new temporary shop in Franciacorta - November 2023 to March 2025. Franciacorta Village is not just an outlet, but much more : a 360° experience that captures all the senses, from sight to taste, a dynamic place, projected to excellence in which to value your business brand.

The missions you'll be carrying out : 

Management of the ski/boot area :
- Experience in managing ski and boot preparation.
- Be able to mount bindings on all types of skis.
- Expert in all ski tuning features.
- Be an expert in boot preparation and sole supply.

Developing and managing a genuine community of mountain enthusiasts :
- Build a community of brand enthusiasts;
- Organise in-store events linked to the ski adventure and boot session;
- Organise events for ski enthusiasts in nearby resorts;
- Organise technical sessions for ski enthusiasts to link the brand and expand the community.

Sales :
- Ensure impeccable customer service by welcoming, listening to and supporting the customer beyond their needs, while demonstrating excellent knowledge of ski and boot products, as well as the Group's history and heritage.
- Discussing and advising customers on general trends and developments in the sportswear market, while demonstrating a passion for skis and boots;
- Participate in the visual presentation of ski and boot products in accordance with the Group's visual standards;
- Foster open and constructive communication with team members, collaborate and propose effective solutions;

Manage the cash register:
- Ensure that customer information is updated and maintained in accordance with company tools (CRM) in order to build customer loyalty and identify potential new customers;
- Ensure the registration and collection of products.
